Counsellors are here to help you learn about yourself, build on your strengths, overcome challenges, and explore new opportunities. There are many reasons why you might want to visit us. Some common issues include depression or low mood, anxiety, grief and loss, self-harm, difficulties with relationships, perfectionism, concerns about substance use, confidence, disordered eating, loneliness, procrastination, internet addiction, coping with a traumatic event, adjustment to University life and many other personal difficulties.
